What are your hours?

We are open from 10:00am - 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, by appointment.

Do you offer discreet appointments?

Yes, It’s a private discreet office setting. We take one person at a time for your safety.

How old do I have to be to sell or get a loan on my jewelry?

You need to be 18 years old with a valid drivers license or passport.

Will you perform a credit check?

We do not perform credit checks.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We would like for you to make an appointment so we can see if what you have is something for us. But if you do not have an appointment we will be happy to fit you in.

Do you except electronics?

We do not except electronics only fine jewelry, watches, gems, loose stones, and scrap metals.

How long does it take to make a loan on my item?

Just a few minutes.

Do you pay me the same day?

Yes. You get paid immediately.

If I bring in my Rolex Watch or diamond ring do I need the box and papers?

Yes, if you have them. Having the correct papers and original box can help you in getting the best price for your items.
